Amanda and JC both said the flight was LONG. JC did not sleep at all on the plane and the affects of the exhaustion are hitting today and he is feeling homesick. He did however say sight seeing today was incredible and hopefully after a full night sleep tomorrow will be better. Amanda said everyone is having a great time.

Thanks for the comment, Sherry. I suspect my daughter Marie is feeling exhausted like JC and looking forward to a good night's sleep. I am glad to hear that all are having a grand time!
I also talked to Joe just before they went to sleep in their first hotel. Dinner was interesting -- he said he tried "what looked like a vegetable threw up on my plate" but didn't like it - go figure. He did get 5.5 hours of sleep on the plane, so he was doing OK. He said they were ready to get out of the P2P shirts and were tired. Said everyone was getting along great and the count-offs etc were working well.
Jenn spoke with Zachary this evening....he's having a great time but is also feeling the long hours. He was really excited about staying in a hostile with 4 other "cool guys". NOt many pictures yet, but he says he is looking forward to tomorrow after a good nights sleep.
I spoke to Amanda and JC again this evening after dinner. Amanda said the food "wasn't bad," However JC said it was "some kind of chicken crap." He sounded much better and was having a good time. Neither of them could wait to get to sleep.
